My Fuchs ODS Guitar Amp is a dream rig. I sold my Marshall, My Boogie MKIIB (hardwood/Wicker) and my Soldano amp to get one and I have no regrets -- the Fuchs beat 'em all, hands down. My Marshall used to sound good with my Strat and my Boogie used to sound good with my 335 -- my Fuchs sounds awesome with either guitar.
Since I've been playing out with my Fuchs amp I've had a steady stream of people coming up to me and raving about the tone. I've had guys come up and ask me what pedal I have turned on to get my guitar to "sound like that" (I didn't have any pedals engaged). A highly respected Nashville drummer told me that my '89 American Standard strat sounded better than any Strat he'd ever heard. Fact is, it doesn't. It sounds like every other Strat, unless it's played through the Fuchs amp.
Fuchs amps are touch sensitive, which means they respond with great dynamics according to the touch of the player. The amp has incredible detail, which makes it very revealing -- for a player with great technique, this is highly desirable.

This may sound odd, but I got a Fuchs ODS last year, sat down with it a couple of times and couldn't relate to the layout....and couldn't find the tone I wanted.
